Rental period
Monday 6th September 2010 until Sunday 5th June 2011.

Pay both installments for a Single Standard / Single Ensuite Room Type at the start of the year and get €200 discount

Pay both installments for a Twin Standard / Twin Ensuite Room Type at the start of the year and get €100 discount

What you need to provide to complete registration.....

1. A fully completed and signed application form with the passport photo attached.
2. Booking Fee/ Security Deposit of €400 (see below breakdown).
3. Remaining €360 (ESB Deposit & TV Licence), and 1st installment to be paid by Friday August 27th 2010.
   DEPOSITS/BOOKING FEE/TV LICENCE:
   • Security Deposit €300*
   • Electricity Deposit €300*
     
     
   • Booking Fee €100**
   • Utilities €60**
   
   Total €760

* Both are refundable at end of rental period only upon the safe return of the apartment & inventory, less the charge amount levied for electricity. Excess electricity will be deducted from the security deposit.
