Terms & Conditions
Method of payment:
Payment is by Bankers Draft or Postal Order payable to: Parchment Square Management Company. Bank Transfers can also be arranged, details can be obtained from the office.
Cancellations
For cancellations on or before the 26th of August 2011 all monies paid, other than the booking deposit, will be returned. There are no refunds after this date. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the office at Parchment Square. Refunds are applicable only to students who receive a first round offer, accept a room and subsequently cancel, until this offered room is filled.
ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS
A Lease agreement will be issued to students with confirmation of their room booking. This agreement must be signed by both the student and their Guarantor and returned with the first installment of the rental payment before the Friday the 26th of August 2011.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Apartments are fully furnished and kitchens equipped. Students provide their own bed linen, duvet, pillow and towels. There is a television in the kitchen/lounge. Broadband Internet connection is provided in each bedroom.

ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS OF C.I.T AND UCC ONLY.
THIS IS A FIXED TERM LETTING AGREEMENT SO ALL RENT MUST BE PAID UNTIL THE END OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL THE END OF THE 2011/2012 ACADEMIC YEAR UNLESS CONTRACT HAS BEEN PROPERLY HONOURED.
ALL REFUNDS WILL BE POSTED TO TENANT'S HOME ADDRESS.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHECK THE DISTANCE FROM PARCHMENT SQUARE TO YOUR COLLEGE BEFORE YOU BOOK ACCOMMODATION.
THIS APPLICATION FORM IS PART OF THE CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (THE TENANT) AND PARCHMENT SQUARE MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
